Cancellation Policy

If the event has to be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions; national, state or local emergencies; or any conditions beyond the control of the Event Director or Event Committee, refunds will not be made.

The only exception will be with a production and delivery issue where we will not receive the costumes in time for the event.  We will know this a couple of weeks before the event and will make refunds accordingly. Service and handling fees will not be refunded, though, since the registration company will have processed those charges.
