2026 Florida Sports Summit Registration Form

This registration form is for Florida Sports and Tourism Organization Directors and their invited team members. Each attendee will register on their own and select the organization they will be attending with.

ORGANIZATION DIRECTORS: You and one attendee from your organization can attend for free. Each additional attendee is $450 each. You will be invoiced prior to the event based on number of attendees from your organization who have registered. NO PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED ON THIS FORM BY ANY REGISTRANT/ATTENDEE.
